The ACJK-3 metering intelligent control valve is a new generation product developed by our company based on the accumulation of ACJK-1 and ACJK-2 series technologies. It consists of two core modules: the valve body and the highly integrated ACJK-3 intelligent electric actuator (including controller, pressure/temperature/valve position sensor, dedicated motor, and reducer). It innovatively utilizes the industrial process control valve body as a throttling device, based on the principle of differential pressure measurement, and combined with an intelligent computing device equipped with control valve flow algorithm, to achieve cost-effective flow measurement function, providing reliable support for process flow control and monitoring. This system not only helps users optimize equipment operation processes, but also significantly reduces overall costs, and has outstanding economic advantages compared to traditional systems.
