Xi'an ANCN Smart Instrument Inc. was founded in 2007 with a registered capital of 64.69 million yuan. It has received investment from state-owned strategic capital such as Kunlun Capital and Xi'an Finance. There are currently 320 employees,including 110 R&D team members and holds over 260 intellectual property rights. In 2021, it was recognized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology as a "National-level Specialized, Sophisticated, and Innovative SME and has since received honors such as "National Green Factory", "National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise", "Shaanxi Province Enterprise Technology Center", and "National Hard Technology Enterprise Star".
