The ACPR intelligent plunger system is based on the principle of plunger gas lift technology, integrating underground pressure and temperature continuous monitoring and storage system, high-temperature and high-pressure environment structural sealing technology, and high-pressure sealed environment wireless communication technology. It has successfully developed an underground intelligent plunger for drainage and gas production. This system achieves periodic monitoring of wellbore pressure, temperature, and dynamic liquid level, effectively solving the problem of the inability of existing plunger gas lift processes to monitor wellbore pressure changes and track dynamic liquid level dynamics in real time. It provides a new intelligent drainage and stable production technology solution for low-pressure and low yield gas wells.
1. Adopting a bidirectional self buffering structure design, shock-absorbing springs are added at both ends of the electrical compartment, and the inner cavity is sealed with high-temperature glue for dual shock absorption protection
2. Integrated pressure and temperature sensors, supporting variable frequency acquisition and storage. When the plunger is located at the bottom of the well or wellhead, low-speed acquisition is used, and high-speed acquisition is used when the plunger moves up and down
3. Support wireless communication, the plunger does not need to be removed when it reaches the wellhead, and the wellbore data can be sent wirelessly to the surface controller
4. Paired with intelligent parameter tuning algorithms, it can achieve monitoring of wellbore pressure gradient (P-h), wellbore temperature gradient (T-h), identification of liquid level position, collection of bottomhole pressure, calculation of bottomhole pressure recovery gradient (P-t), acquisition of plunger ascent and descent speed, etc
