Based on the principle of plunger gas lift technology, ANCN has successfully developed an intelligent downhole plunger for liquid unloading and gas production. The ACPR Intelligent Plunger System integrates a downhole pressure and temperature continuous monitoring and storage system, a structural sealing technology for high-temperature and high-pressure environments, and a wireless communication technology for high-pressure closed environments. The system enables periodic monitoring of wellbore pressure, temperature, and dynamic liquid level. It effectively addresses the limitations of existing plunger gas lift processes, which fail to real-time monitor wellbore pressure changes and track dynamic liquid level fluctuations. This provides a brand-new smart liquid unloading and stable production technical solution for low-pressure and low-yield gas wells.
Triple Shock Absorption Protection: bidirectional self-buffering design, shock-absorbing springs at both ends of the electrical compartment, and internal potting with high-temperature resistant compound.
Wireless Data Transmission: Upon the plunger's arrival at the wellhead, wellbore data can be wirelessly transmitted to the surface controller without physical retrieval of the plunger.
Variable data acquisition frequency and storage capability: Using integrated sensors, the system collects data at a low frequency when the plunger is at the bottomhole or wellhead, and at a high frequency while the plunger's upward and downward movement.
Smart Self-Tuning Algorithm: Enables comprehensive wellbore monitoring and analysis, including pressure gradient (P-h) monitoring, temperature gradient (T-h) monitoring, dynamic fluid level identification, downhole pressure acquisition, shut-in bottomhole pressure build-up gradient (P-t) calculation, and plunger ascending/descending speed acquisition.
