The ACZJ Gas Field Wellhead Smart Chemical Injection System is an intelligent device designed to inject a water-foaming surfactant from the gas wellhead down to the bottomhole. Upon contact with the accumulated liquid at the bottomhole, the surfactant generates a large volume of low-density aqueous foam under the agitation of natural gas flow. The foam is then carried to the wellhead by the gas stream, enabling liquid unloading and gas production.
"Smart Terminal + Intelligent Gas Well Large Model" framework delivers smart chemical injection capabilities for gas wells.
Various alarm messages such as low liquid level, overpressure and low temperature, along with early fault warnings.
Achieve the optimal liquid unloading and gas production by autonomously calculating the chemical injection volume based on the dynamic and static parameters of the gas well and remotely adjusting the smart field equipment.
Convenient installation and maintenance are ensured by the integrated design and overall skid-mounting structure.
