Intelligent allocation and injection system

The gas injection and gas lift process is mainly used for the resumption of production of water flooded and water locked gas wells. The current gas injection and gas lift scheme relies on manual inspection of the gas well (pressure, flow rate, etc.) and compressor (operating parameters, load, etc.) status, and manual setting of flow distribution target values, which has problems such as low operational efficiency, high risk of human error, and delayed real-time response; The system lacks automated monitoring and dynamic control capabilities, making it impossible to optimize flow distribution based on real-time operating data, which restricts the accuracy and energy efficiency of gas lift processes. Therefore, there is an urgent need to upgrade the intelligent closed-loop control mechanism. The intelligent distribution and injection system launched by ANCN Smart can effectively solve the above problems.

Main Features

1. Support natural gas flow measurement (default range (200~2000) Nm ³/h, accuracy level 1), and can customize throttling components and valve core coefficients according to the requirements of gas injection conditions

2. By monitoring the status of the compressor and gas well in real-time, and combining data such as gas production and oil casing pressure difference to accurately calculate and automatically regulate the injection volume of a single well, intelligent control is used to reduce manual intervention and improve gas injection efficiency

3. Built in PID regulation algorithm, which can dynamically adjust control parameters in real-time based on the target flow value set by the user, to achieve precise closed-loop control of flow and meet the control requirements of high precision and low error

4. The system integrates multiple control modes, including but not limited to flow time cycle, opening time cycle, oil jacket pressure difference, daily gas production, opening, constant flow, intelligence, etc

5. Abnormal working condition handling, with functions such as anti backflow and compressor stoppage
