The gas injection gas lift process is mainly used for the revitalization of water flooded and water-locked gas wells. Currently, the gas injection gas lift operation relies on manual inspection of gas well conditions (such as pressure and flow rate) and compressor status (such as operating parameters and load), as well as manual setting of target values for the flow distribution skid. This approach has drawbacks including low operational efficiency, high risk of human error, and lag in real-time response. The system lacks automated monitoring and dynamic control capabilities, failing to optimize flow distribution based on real-time operating condition data. This restricts the accuracy and energy efficiency of the gas lift process, creating an urgent demand for an intelligent closed-loop control mechanism. ANCN's smart gas injection balancing and allocation system presents an effective solution to these challenges.
Supports natural gas flow measurement (default range: 200~2000 Nm³/h accuracy level: 1.0), the throttle components and valve core coefficients can be customized according to gas injection operating conditions.
Features a built-in PID control algorithm for precise closed-loop flow control. It dynamically adjusts control parameters in real time based on user-defined target flow rates, meeting demands for high accuracy and low error controls.
Abnormal condition management with functions such as backflow prevention and compressor surge/stall protection.
Increases gas injection efficiency and reduces manual intervention by precisely calculating and automatically adjusting the gas injection rate for individual wells. This is achieved through real-time monitoring of compressor and well status, combining with data such as gas production rate and tubing-casing pressure differential.
Integrates multiple control modes, including but not limited to: flow-time cycle, opening-time cycle, tubing-casing pressure differential, daily gas production, valve opening, constant flow, and smart mode.
