Xi'an ANCN Smart Instrument Inc. was founded in 2007 with a registered capital of RMB 67.69 million. It has received investment from strategic capital such as CNPC Kunlun Capital,LuxinVenture Capital,Rongyi investment and Xi'an Finance.
