ACZS AI-Enabled Ex-Proof PTZ is an integrated intelligent device that combines gas leak detection, temperature anomaly detection, AI monitoring, and video surveillance. By utilizing TDLAS technology from the laser methane remote sensing module, precise detection and localization of methane gas leaks within a radius of 200 meters can be achieved. This replaces the traditional manual detection method of physically approaching and sniffing, significantly improving detection efficiency and accuracy, while keeping personnel away from hazardous areas such as toxic, harmful, high-temperature, and high-pressure environments, thereby ensuring operational safety for employees.
Through image modeling recognition technology and deep learning algorithms, the PTZ camera can accurately identify various mechanical instruments, liquid level gauges, and valve switch states on site. It can also detect personnel violations and liquid leaks. The average recognition time for a single instrument is generally no more than 5 seconds, with an overall recognition accuracy rate above 90%. Combined with the flexible judgment of operators, it can basically cover manual inspections.
Using infrared thermal imaging technology, the temperature distribution characteristics of key components of on-site rotating equipment are detected, and their long-term variation trends are monitored to effectively assess the operational health of the equipment. By analyzing the temperature gradient changes along pipelines over a specified period, the system can promptly identify abnormal temperature zones and leakage points in the event of equipment overheating, rapid temperature rise, or natural gas leakage, and immediately push alert notifications.
A modular face recognition system based on deep neural networks, supporting 2D/3D multimodal facial analysis, and featuring customizable face database management; integrated with intelligent personal protective equipment (PPE) detection algorithms, it can perform real-time monitoring and alerting of personnel safety compliance behaviors.
