The ACFC-D gas ultrasonic flowmeter is suitable for natural gas raw gas gathering and transportation measurement, pipeline gas trade measurement, and other scenarios. It can also be used for process gas measurement in the metallurgical and refining industries. The product has high measurement accuracy, wide range ratio, and good adaptability to working conditions. The output operating condition flow can be connected to a flow computer to form a metering system, or the output standard condition flow can be directly connected to the DCS system, providing users with a metering solution that combines performance and economy.

1. Multi channel design, cross reflective channel layout
Supports up to 8 channels, supports algorithm implementation for flow state recognition, effectively deals with complex flow fields, and is insensitive to the placement of injection channels for measuring pipeline inner wall dirt, with better anti fouling ability.
2. Self developed titanium alloy transducer
Fully metal enclosed, small size, high pressure resistance, wide working temperature range, with characteristics of wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and long maintenance cycle. The transducer has high energy and supports normal pressure measurement and negative pressure verification.
3. Built in pressure and temperature sensors
The measurement values of ACD14 high-precision digital pressure sensor and temperature sensor are used for Reynolds number calculation, dynamic correction of body geometry dimensions, and standard reference volume correction. The accuracy of pressure sensor (-40~+70) ℃ is better than 0.1 level, ensuring measurement accuracy and volume correction accuracy.
4. Intelligent diagnostic algorithm
Integrated and comprehensive intelligent diagnostic algorithms, such as AGC diagnosis, SNR diagnosis, signal quality diagnosis, medium flow state recognition, sound velocity diagnosis, flow velocity diagnosis, real-time monitoring and early warning of operating status and measurement accuracy.
5. Large capacity storage, complete data recording
Built in large capacity memory, fully records flow meter operation logs, operation logs, alarm logs, and self diagnostic records, providing users with complete and reliable data traceability basis.
6. ACFC Explorer PC software
Equipped with ACFC Explorer PC software, it provides graphical flowmeter configuration and online/offline diagnostic functions.
