The ACFC-I low-power gas ultrasonic flowmeter is a precision multi-channel ultrasonic flowmeter designed specifically for measuring natural gas in medium and low-pressure pipeline networks. It is suitable for measuring natural gas in urban gas and various industrial and commercial enterprises, as well as for measuring process gases such as coalbed methane, nitrogen, and air.
The product has high measurement accuracy, wide range ratio, low starting flow rate, high noise resistance, and low operating power consumption. It adopts an intrinsic safety explosion-proof type, with small size and light weight, safe and reliable use, simple installation and maintenance, effectively reducing the user's use and maintenance costs, while improving the operational management efficiency and lean management level of gas enterprises, and reducing the supply and sales gap.

1. Low power consumption, wireless communication
Adopting low-power design, the built-in battery can provide power for 5 years, integrated wireless communication module, and data can be connected to the cloud management system.
2. PTZ/EVC function
Built in temperature sensor and high-precision temperature compensated digital pressure sensor, integrated with AGA Report No.8 compression factor algorithm, can convert working condition volume flow rate into standard condition volume flow rate, can be matched with gas card valve, realizing safety control and prepaid management.
3. Embedded rectifier
Embedded flow regulator eliminates eddy currents and asymmetric flows, ensuring measurement accuracy. The front straight pipe section can be reduced to 5D.
4.data storage
Having a comprehensive logging system, such as measurement data logs, parameter modification logs, and operation alarm logs; Adopting backup storage mode and multi-level password protection provides great security for storing data.
5. Supporting ACFC Explorer PC software
Supporting ACFC Explorer PC software for graphical configuration and online diagnosis of flow meters, supporting encrypted export of service packages for offline diagnosis.
