The ACFM mass flowmeter consists of a sensor and a transmitter. Based on the Coriolis principle, it induces vibration in the flow tube through which the medium passes. The sensor detects and analyzes changes in the frequency, phase difference, and amplitude of the flow tube, directly measuring the mass of the medium flowing through the tube and calculating the density from the vibration frequency. It can also measure multiple process variables of the medium, such as mass flow, volumetric flow, density, and temperature.
Directly measures the mass flow rate of the fluid (unaffected by temperature, pressure, flow velocity distribution, etc.).
Multifunctional (can simultaneously measure multiple field variables such as flow, density, and temperature).
High accuracy (±0.1% for liquids, ±0.25% for gases).
Long service life, low maintenance.
Damping time is adjustable.
It features robust loop self-diagnostic capabilities, facilitating fault identification.
