The radar level meter uses FMCW frequency modulation technology to measure the distance and speed of a target by changing the frequency of the transmitted signal. The radar emits a continuous wave signal whose frequency changes over time, and when this signal reaches a target, a reflected wave is generated. The radar receives this reflected wave and calculates the distance to the target based on the time difference between the transmitted and received signals.
Self-developed CMOS millimeter-wave RF chip, achieving higher signal-to-noise ratio.
Non-polar materials have strong penetrability (ceramics/plastics/foams, etc.).
Extremely narrow beam angle (3°) combined with a small-sized antenna and short wavelength, resulting in more precise reflection characteristics.
Non-contact measurement (accuracy ±1mm).
Suitable for harsh corrosive and high dust / smoke conditions.
Supports remote debugging and remote upgrades, making on-site maintenance more convenient.
High measurement accuracy, strong anti-interference capability, easy installation and maintenance.
